Financial Integrity
Required Documentation of Financial Integrity: Should you be accepted in the WGES Broker Program, you will be required to provide the most recent versions of the following documentation, to the extent available:

  • Balance sheet and income statement for the two most recent 12 month periods for which information is available. Balance sheets and income statements must be for the Applicant, and not a parent corporation in the event it exists. Audited financial statements must be provided if they exist.
  • If the applicant has not been in existence for at least two 12 month periods, it must provide balance sheets and income statements for the life of the business. Audited financial statements must be provided if they exist.
  • Credit reports of ratings prepared by established credit bureaus or agencies regarding the Applicant's payment and credit history.
  • Other evidence of financial integrity.
